The Women in business talent academy is a two-day residential course aimed primarily at women looking to gain experience within professional services and a deep insight into the opportunities at PwC.
By attending the academy, you’ll get the opportunity to experience a professional services organisation through the eyes of some of our most successful female leaders, as well as giving you an opportunity to get a taste of what it’s like to work at PwC.
You’ll benefit from a demanding but rewarding course of learning, networking and opportunities to build your skill set. You’ll need a good academic record and we’ll expect you to demonstrate how you’ve used your initiative and team-working skills.
What to expect
A mix of skills sessions and business awareness workshops and group projects that will help you build on your existing skills and knowledge with the workplace firmly in mind.
Some fun along the way with a networking evening planned and a lively debate with our female leaders.
