Individuals who wish to pursue a career in Financial Planning are invited to apply for a 5 year structured training programme.

Trainees are provided with the opportunity for technical and personal development through comprehensive in-house training and external examination-based tuition. Years 1-2 will be spent studying for the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and years 3-5 will be spent studying for the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning. Combined, 5 years of study and work experience will result in Chartered Financial Planner status. Some experience of working in a financial planning practice environment would be of a distinct advantage, but is not essential.
