Each year we recruit graduates to undertake a three year training contract in order to become a Chartered Accountant. Training is undertaken with a leading training provider which consists of periods of block release to attend courses with exams being spread over the three year period.

You will need to be prepared to study in your own time too to make sure that you get the most from your studies and achieve exam success.

Our recruitment process consists of 4 stages:

  1. CV/Application sift
  2. Completion of online tests – Numerical, Verbal and Logical
  3. Half day Assessment Centre which consists of an Interview, Group Exercise, In-tray exercise and opportunity to meet with current students
  4. Second interview – 10 minute presentation to a panel then interview with the panel
