Industrial Placements are recruited for 48 weeks starting in June in both London and Glasgow. These programs are designed to offer a real-world, project-based experience that will demonstrate firsthand what it is like to be a technologist for a top financial firm.
Industrial Placements will participate in an induction process that provides an overview of the firm and technology. In addition to working on a live project, highlights include senior management networking events, team-building opportunities and a technical speaker series.
Based on their skills interns will be matched to available projects and will join either a development or an infrastructure team.
Industrial Placements who excel in the programme may receive an offer to join the full-time Technology Training Programme.
