You want to be challenged by applying the latest information technology to leading businesses?
You want to be in the Capgemini Technology Graduate Programme
With more than 125,000 people in 44 countries, Capgemini is one of the world’s foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services. We combine a deep understanding of our clients’ industries with unrivalled technology and business expertise.
Our “Collaborative Business Experience” approach means clients see us as a partner. It’s about sharing our deep knowledge and expertise, applying cutting-edge business and IT solutions, and creating results that last. It’s also about the way we work with one another ¬– through teamwork, shared goals, mutual support and respect.
We have roles within two specific business areas: Infrastructure Services and Application Services. Together, infrastructure and applications form the building materials for technology innovation.
The two-year Technology Graduate Programme takes some of the brightest graduates and helps them become experts in the fields of either infrastructure or applications. You’ll be joining other professionals, sharing ideas and using common processes and methodologies, as you work on innovative technology development for our clients on a whole range of diverse and challenging assignments. This collaboration ensures that you and your team can make the most of your skills.
As a Capgemini Technology Programme graduate, your potential career paths are boundless. Become a manager or team leader in a technical area such as SAP or Salesforce.com. Specialise in business development or project management. Be seen as a guru in digital technology. Use the contacts and network you’ll build to find postings overseas… The choice is yours.
While you’re on the programme, you’ll be challenged daily and given genuine responsibility right from the start. Throughout the process, you will have a strong formal and informal support network based around training, feedback and mentor counselling. And all the time you’ll be working on and contributing to live client projects. You’ll be in control of your own career – we provide the framework and support structure, and you decide how to use them.
We offer a range of roles, from PMO and test analysts through to application consultants in SAP or Oracle. We also have technical roles within digital and business information management, and opportunities for infrastructure transformation.
Gemma Wilcox – Business Technologist
“As a Business Technologist, I have developed my network to include both clients and colleagues. This has enabled me to develop my own skill set through working on projects and specific training courses. In my role I gather client requirements, analyse the current systems and, as part of the team, create innovative solutions. Together we improve the core technical capabilities of our clients.”
