 Rewards, Talent and Communication (RTC)

In Rewards, Talent & Communication (RTC), we assist clients with the design and implementation of programmes that drive employee engagement and overall performance.

 Executive Compensation (EC)

The Executive Compensation team works with companies to help them make sound decisions about the many complex issues involved in designing pay programmes for board members and senior executives in order to drive better corporate performance.

 Global Financial Services (GFS)

The Global Financial Services (GFS) group is the hub for Talent & Rewards practice focusing on providing compensation and reward expertise to premier financial services firms, ranging from all the major universal banks to niche financial services firms.

 Organisational Surveys and Insight (OSI)

Our Organisational Surveys and Insights practice (OSI) design and administer employee surveys and apply benchmark data and advanced analytics that help our clients improve employee engagement and shape a high-performance culture, achieving optimal return on talent investments.

 The Role

 You will work as part of a team on a wide variety of complex projects. You will serve as a key resource for the consultant in charge of each of your engagements by performing many intricate aspects of the client work.  As you grow and gain more expertise, you will become a key contact for the client. You will work alongside some of the industry’s top consultants on client projects including many household names.

    • 2:1 expected degree and 300 UCAS points (across 3 A-Levels)

Organisational Surveys and Insight

  • 2:2 expected degree and 280 UCAS points (across 3 A-Levels)
