Our Programme and Project Management practice is PA’s world class centre of excellence in project, programme and portfolio management. We have a reputation for delivering the highest value outcomes from our clients’ most complex projects and programmes. Our work ranges from large scale transformation programmes, often involving significant information technology and change management, through to ‘hard’ engineering and technology delivery projects. We have a unique track record of success in transforming our clients’ ability to realise value from their projects through organisational development, training and the introduction of a projects culture that improves their project delivery performance.
Within your first year as an Analyst at PA you will develop your understanding of the competencies required to be a highly effective consultant and will embark upon a structured training programme that builds your technical project management, leadership and problem solving capabilities. This will be supported by extensive coaching from our experienced consultants and opportunities to broaden your experience on the most challenging projects and programmes.
As a junior consultant (Analyst) you will work on client projects and business development activities within a team of consultants. You will be expected to use your interpersonal skills to develop client relationships and establish your own networks – this is a client-facing role.
Applicants should have a minimum of 300 UCAS points (or equivalent) and have or expect to achieve a 1st or 2:1 degree in an analytical subject (Management, Engineering, Finance or Economics) from a leading academic institution. Some work experience in this field is desirable but not essential. Initially the role will involve ‘hands-on’ analytical and consultancy work.
