PS roles offer the opportunity for travel within the UK and Europe. On average our experienced consultants travel approximately 60% of every ‘typical’ week.
We are seeking motivated graduates to join FIS as consultants within our global PS organisation. Our global PS teams play a critical part in our FIS product and technology reputation by partnering with clients to understand their businesses, and developing and implementing solutions to solve their technology and process needs.

Training & Development – The PS Academy
Successful candidates will attend FIS’ PS Academy upon joining the organisation. The PS Academy is our platform for training and developing consultants on the financial services industry, consultative best practices and our product and service offerings. The programme is designed to provide you with a strong foundation of skills that will build on throughout your career, including knowledge of our FS industry domain, consulting skills, and project roles and methodologies.
You will be trained, coached and mentored by industry leaders and equipped with knowledge to prepare you for client project engagements, and participate in a team project that utilises the skills and knowledge gained through the academy.
Upon successful completion of the PS Academy training programme, you will join the FIS’ Corporate Liquidity – Treasury Systems business as a Graduate Implementation Consultant. You will receive further training focusing on treasury processes and on our software solutions and will then transition into the Treasury Systems PS team. You will be responsible for delivering client-facing training and consultancy services during the implementation of FIS’ treasury system software solutions, within (although not limited to) the area of treasury and risk management.
As you develop knowledge of our business and experience with our solutions, you will become a specialist and will work on challenging projects in a stimulating environment learning from some of the most talented and knowledgeable people in their fields.
