For graduates, the responsibilities you’ll have will help you on the path to becoming a skilled analyst. This could involve a business management or implementation role – providing you with a great insight into our overall business, while also improving your technical expertise and market knowledge.   Or you could have a more specialised portfolio remit – contributing to areas such as multi-asset, rates, inflation, strategic and tactical asset allocation, and absolute return.

Responsibility is given early, with plenty of opportunities to interact with other parts of the business. Support is provided with on the job training, relevant professional and technical training courses and the company-wide core graduate development programme.


We are looking for people with a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline.  We also welcome applications from graduates who have advanced degrees in addition to the undergraduate qualification.  Data science, maths and programming skills will be required for some positions.
