We have a number of Tier 1 and Tier 2 banking clients with roles in London, Liverpool and Manchester. Our primary area of expertise is within COO functions – Operations, Finance and front-to-back Change Delivery. We are currently looking for candidates who can join our Graduate Talent Programme where they will be placed into operations and project delivery teams. Understanding the intricacies of how banks work takes years, so at first you will be placed in a junior client role where you will learn ‘on the job’ skills. Your role will grow as fast as your experience, and as your career takes off you will be provided with opportunities to study for professional qualifications via our ‘Learning Pathway’. Throughout your journey with us you will receive mentoring and coaching and take part in educational, networking and team building events. After three years your career can then take one of three different directions; you can leave us to seek new opportunities with a first-class CV and an impressive city network, you can become an experienced consultant with us, or you take employment with one of our clients.
- 2:1 or higher from a top 20 UK or world class university, with preferred disciplines in economics, business, finance, accountancy and maths

- Analytical with excellent problem-solving abilities
- A track record of delivering success
