Job Description

Our Life Sciences & Healthcare Practice is growing. This is a period of major change for the industry; we are helping organisations across many different aspects of healthcare provision, including commercial strategy, operational excellence, IT, supply chain and regulatory compliance for life sciences companies:

  • Commercial model innovation:  PA has helped several pharmaceutical companies redesign and implement new models of interaction with healthcare professionals across Europe and the US.
  • Brand Strategy: PA often helps pharmaceutical companies with their brand strategies.  Recently we assisted a major pharmaceutical company to plan their annual strategic operational plan.  This involved designing and delivering a “war game” workshop assessing their performance against competition given a range of scenarios.
  • Drug pricing: We worked with the European Pricing Group to help realise its vision of a drug pricing and reimbursement database. With pricing information readily to hand in its new database, the client saved substantial research time during the first months of use. It is anticipated the system will help the company get drugs to market more quickly and could contribute to more favourable pricing agreements.

As an Analyst in the Life Sciences & Healthcare Practice you will:

  • Collaborate with experienced and talented colleagues to deliver creative solutions.
  • Work with clients on ground breaking projects early on in your career.
  • Manage project plans to achieve tight deadlines and document client requirements.
  • Assist with research, analysis, and manipulation of complex data.
  • Develop and deliver compelling client presentations.
  • Enjoy challenging and rewarding work that is always developing and evolving to satisfy.

This role is based in London but you will often work on client site side-by-side with our clients across the UK. There may also be some opportunities to work internationally.
We’re looking for Analysts to start in March 2015 or September 2015.
