IT & Digital Leaders Graduate Programme
Did you know we’ve joined the likes of Google and Apple to establish our very own innovation lab in the Silicon Valley? We’re the first insurance company to do it – because we want to encourage big ideas and innovation when it comes to our IT and digital offering. To help us do just that, we’re looking to grow leadership talent within a small and specialist IT and Digital environment that empowers large-scale change within a huge and diverse global organisation. Interested? We thought so.
Over two years and three eight-month placements, you could find yourself, among other places, in Group Technology & Operations (GTO), our Digital team, or within a team at one of our four operating companies to experience how technology is delivered in a customer-facing environment. All this will see you build skills and knowledge in project management, digital technologies and how IT solutions are utilised across a large and diverse business.
Who should apply?
Ideally, you’ll need to be on track to achieve a 2:1 or above in a business or IT-related degree discipline. However, if you can show us your passion for IT and digital environments, we’d definitely be interested in hearing more about you. And while we don’t expect you to know everything about IT, we do expect you to be a quick and keen learner, ready to make the most of the opportunities that you’re given.
