Our Autumn Internship Program is a paid internship that runs for 10 weeks from the end September to early December, and is open to finalists, graduates and post-graduates who are interested in gaining an insight into working in Investment Banking. You will be assigned to a business group throughout the internship and will be staffed as though a regular member of staff giving you a great opportunity to experience how it would be to work with us as a full time employee.
Training and Development
You will receive a week of hands on training in your first week. Throughout the program you will be provided with ongoing training and support. We provide a rich development environment by combining formal learning, on-the-job practice and mentoring. You will receive exposure to senior managers, colleagues and peers across the bank at all levels, which will add new insights and fresh perspectives to your understanding of what we do, and what you need to do well at Credit Suisse. We will continually assess your performance and if you are successful, we may offer you a full time position to join us in 2015.
What We Look For
You will have completed or be due to complete a Bachelors, Masters or PhD qualification (or equivalent) in any discipline. Applicants must be available for the full 10 weeks and be able to start full-time employment in July 2015.
