The role of internal audit is to provide independent assurance that an organisation’s risk management, governance and internal control processes are operating effectively.
What you can expect
Our board, executive management, key stakeholders and regulators demand assurance that we’re building a better future. Focusing on the integrity of not just our finances but also our controls and systems, this is the team providing that assurance. The role of our interns it to spend ten weeks in a specific area and provide fresh ideas and thinking to what we do. During your time with us you will find out how to complete audit forms for our business, how to interact with our different stakeholders, how the division operates in ensuring we audit our different areas correctly and the skills required to join the graduate programme.
Who we are looking for
To be a successful auditor, you’ll need to have strong attention to detail skills, be confident enough to question certain practises and processes as well as initiative to think of solutions.
