Your career in MANAGEMENT CONSULTING could start here…

… If you are a graduate with ambition and drive, are a creative and analytical problem-solver and a clear and concise communicator who can establish credibility quickly with people whatever their professional background.

PA Consulting Group (PA) is different from other management consultancies; we are a firm of inventors, innovators and industry professionals.

We offer a bespoke graduate training programme and a meritocratic environment where you own and shape your work and future. We place less emphasis on hierarchy and more on treating you as a valued individual.

Our Life Sciences & Healthcare Practice is growing. This is a period of major change for the industry; we are helping organisations across many different aspects of healthcare provision, including strategy, IT, supply chain and regulatory compliance for life sciences companies:
ICON: We delivered a new standard change management approach for ICON plc – a global provider of outsourcing services to the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology industries
Service provider selection: PA assisted the client through all phases of a Request for Proposals (RFP) lifecycle, defined a new Service Management model, mapped out a transition strategy, helped with transition management and the new contract will deliver $75m (NPV) of cost savings over its lifetime
Drug pricing: We worked with the European Pricing Group to help realise its vision of a drug pricing and reimbursement database. With pricing information readily to hand in its new database, the client saved substantial research time during the first months of use. It is anticipated the system will help the company get drugs to market more quickly and could contribute to more favourable pricing agreements.

As a Graduate Analyst in our Life Sciences & Healthcare Practice you can…
• Collaborate with experienced and talented colleagues to deliver creative solutions
• Work with clients on ground breaking projects early on in your career
• Manage project plans to achieve tight deadlines and document client requirements
• Assist with research, analysis, and manipulation of complex data
• Develop and deliver compelling client presentations
• Enjoy challenging and rewarding work that is always developing and evolving to satisfy client needs
• Learn and develop professionally with every project.

NB: To be considered you should have a minimum of 300 UCAS points (or equivalent) and expecting a 1st or 2:1 degree in a related subject. Some work experience in this field is desirable but not essential.
