Our IT Group Systems function offers a range of IT services to the PA business, from business and IT design to implementation, delivery (Development) and support (Operations) and this graduate role sits with the Development Team. Group Systems do the full range of development activities – including the visioning and scoping of the required change, its justification, its design and its implementation, so that it consistently creates value for our business. Working with the Ministry of Defence (MOD) on the Panama capability which won two prizes at the 2012 Management Consultancies Association annual awards. The Panama project was awarded the MCA’s top ‘Platinum’ award for the best overall project for the year. The award was based on our winning submission to the ‘Innovation’ category, and recognised the ground-breaking work from both the UK MOD and PA in developing and delivering Panama within urgent timescales while saving £17M through the use of innovative procurement techniques.

As a Graduate Analyst in our Group Systems team you will have the opportunity to …
• Collaborate with experienced and talented colleagues to deliver creative solutions
• Get to the root issues from the outset to ensure a ‘benefits-led’ approach with a focused vision
• Work with colleagues to align both the business process and computer system aspects of change to strategy and vision of the organisation

• Assist with research, analysis, and manipulation of complex data

NB: To be considered you should have a minimum of 300 UCAS points (or equivalent) and expecting a minimum of a 2:1 degree with a passion for IT. Some work experience in the IT field is desirable but not essential. Initially the role will involve ‘hands-on’ technical as well as analytical and consultancy work.
