It’s a rare opportunity for graduates – an important role in the product department of a global investment company. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the management and development of our successful global product suite – developing many skills essential for a career in the asset management industry.

You will have the opportunity to rotate through four, six month placements during the two year programme, which will include working in up to four of the eight teams in the department.  These placements are not predetermined and will allow for flexibility over the programme, offering varied and diverse experiences.

These teams include-

  • Product Development and Management
  • Product Governance
  • Fund Governance
  • Investment Specialist and Technical
  • Product Strategy
  • Presentations
  • Request for Proposal
  • Data Management

Throughout your placements, you will have the opportunity to work on the development, management and wider strategy of our product range, as well as the governance of products and funds.  In addition you may work alongside our Investment Specialists or help prepare presentations and pitches.  You will also have real responsibility throughout each placement, working on a specific project, as well as learning and assisting in in team deliverables.   You will also have significant interaction across the whole of the business, gaining great exposure to a number of different teams.

There’s support along the way too, from your placement manager to your dedicated buddy. And there’s a variety of training and study options – including support towards the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) qualification.


As well as a minimum 2:1 degree, we are looking for people are able to demonstrate the following:
