2017 First Step Programme
The Nomura First Step program is aimed at talented, ambitious individuals in year 12 or 13 of school or Sixth Form College. The programme will provide a unique opportunity to begin investigating a career in investment banking prior to starting university, and is ideal for aspiring bankers or those who simply wish to find out more!
2017 Explore Nomura Programme
The “Explore Nomura” programme is a unique opportunity to gain an early insight into investment banking and the skills necessary for success. Through its focus on Investment Banking, Global Markets and Corporate Infrastructure, you will have the chance to experience some of the most important business functions within an investment bank.
2017 Women’s Immersion Programme
The Women’s Immersion programme will be a two-week internship working in our Investment Banking, Global Markets, and Corporate Infrastructure divisions. You will increase your exposure to and understanding of the fundamentals of investment banking; gain real-life experience in a fast-paced environment; identify valuable career development skills; meet new people and develop a network for career information and support.
