Nicolo Carpaneda
Macro and Fixed Income discussions: “With significant turmoil in global markets, it has never been so interesting to analyse and understand drivers of global demand, national growth patterns, changes in valuations of financial assets and in human behaviours. Do you have an opinion? What is next? We will discuss together about the slowdown in China, the changing price of oil, the impact on global commodities and emerging market currencies, the reactions of policymakers in developed markets and what all of this means for final investors in the country you may come from.”
Nicolo joined M&G in 2012 and is a fixed income investment specialist. His role involves explaining the investment philosophy, process and performance of M&G’s fixed income fund range, as well as providing updates on overall financial market performance, investment trends and the economic outlook. Previously, Nicolo worked at Citigroup as an associate in the Global Markets & Banking division, he then joined Prudential on the group leadership programme as an internal consultant and manager for strategic partnerships. He holds a degree in business administration and Master of Science (Msc) in management from Bocconi University in Italy and an MBA from IE Business School in Spain.
