This business area is recognized internationally as leaders in risk management and capital strategy, post-merger integration, back office rationalization, systems development and large-scale project and program management. Our financial services clients include global commercial banks, investment banks, central banks, retail banks, insurance houses and international exchanges.
Within the first year you will be developing your own analytical capabilities and understanding of the basic disciplines of consultancy. This will be supported by extensive training in specialist analytic methodologies, and consistent support on projects to develop your broader consultancy experience
As a junior consultant (Analyst) you will be working on client projects and sales-related activities, working with a team of consultants. You will be expected to use your interpersonal skills to develop client relationships and establish your own networks – this is a client-facing role.
Applicants should have a minimum of 300 UCAS points (or equivalent) and expect a 1st or 2:1 degree in a related subject (Finance or Economics). Some work experience in this field is desirable but not essential. Initially the role will involve ‘hands-on’ analytical and consultancy work.
