Finance Future Leaders Programme
On-the-job experience combined with formal study towards a professional finance qualification. That’s our three-year Finance Future Leaders Programme. During the scheme, you’ll rotate through three one-year placements, each being in a different area of our business. You could work in Finance, Risk, Group Internal Audit or Strategy; you could even work finding yourself working in the Executive Office of the Finance, Risk & Strategy Director.
Throughout the programme, you’ll study towards a professional qualification in accountancy or a similar discipline which will, of course, be fully funded by AXA. As well as paying for your course fees, study materials, examinations and membership fees and travel expenses, we’ll give you plenty of study leave as well as any additional support you need.
Who should apply
We need you to be good with figures. But that doesn’t mean you have to have a maths or statistics background. You should, however, have a 2:1 degree (in any discipline/subject). And while we don’t expect you to know everything about accountancy or economics, we do expect you to be a quick and keen learner, ready to make the most of the opportunities that you’re given.
