Analyst Program

Over 21 months, you’ll get a unique insight into the world of corporate and investment banking. If you are unsure of which banking area to explore, our program will give you the freedom to experience multiple disciplines so you can determine the direction you want to take. Whether it’s Structured Finance, Securitisation or Credit Analysis, you’ll take on early responsibility, be involved in challenging work and enjoy a role that’s rich with variety. Moreover, with our four-week induction, continuous training and open and friendly work environment, we’ll make sure you’re ready to dive into our projects with confidence.

 What we look for

We hire up to 10 students, of the very highest quality.  Successful candidates will:

  • Be highly driven, motivated and tenacious
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Have strong interest in financial markets
  • Be on course for (or have already obtained) a 2:1 or above
  • Be fluent in both written and spoken English (we also welcome any other language skills)
