Discover how great you can be.

Who we are and what we do

We’re more than 336,000 people working in over 200 cities across 56 countries around the globe. A world-leading organisation, we provide consultancy and technology expertise to some of the biggest names in just about every industry you can imagine. Clients come to us to make more of their business opportunities, adapt successfully to change, put ideas into action and gain – or sustain – a competitive edge. With our knowledge of the markets, understanding of the power of technology and ability to shape and implement transformational solutions, we do just that. We work with 4,000 companies and 91 of the Fortune Global 100. As a growing firm we need talented graduates like you to join us.

Consulting Industrial Placement

On this scheme, you’ll be immersed in live consulting project work from day one. Intense and rewarding, this programme will allow you to make your mark on a global business, while building connections with talented people across our organisation.

From the start, you’ll have a ‘buddy’ who will give you the expert advice you need, whenever you need it. Then you’ll learn about the project you’ve been assigned to, which could be in any part of our consulting workforce. From here on in, you’ll take on real responsibility – you could be involved in testing software, undertaking research, compiling reports and analysing complex information.

The aim is to give you an insight into what life is like at the sharp end of business and technology innovation. By the end of the year, you will come away with some valuable skills – and hopefully an offer to join us when you graduate.

What’s in it for you

As well as great career prospects, you can look forward to a competitive salary and a generous holiday allowance. Other benefits include a personal laptop and subsidised gym membership.  You’ll also be part of a vibrant graduate community with training, support and social events.

What we’re looking for

You’ll need to be studying a technical or business-related degree that offers the option of an industrial placement, and be expecting to receive a minimum 2:1 degree. You’ll have 340 UCAS points in your top three A-Levels (that’s AAB, excluding General Studies). A strong communicator with great organisational skills and a passion for IT, you’ll want to know more about how technology can make a real difference to business.

Where you’ll work

This placement is based in London. Please note that you will need to find and fund your own accommodation. However, if we send you on a project further afield, we will cover the additional accommodation costs on your behalf.
