Relationship Management will show you how we connect with businesses of all sizes and provide solutions to meet their needs. Your rotations will see you take on a client-facing role, introduce you to governance and risk, and give you an insight into Commercial Banking products and strategy.

Global Trade and Receivables Finance will introduce you to the complexities of trade cycles. With rotations in areas ranging from product management and business development to risk, you’ll understand how we help clients to use working capital efficiently, manage trade risk and fund their supply chains.

Payments and Cash Management enables our clients to work across geographies and currencies. Rotations in sales, product, risk and client management will give you an insight into how we help our clients manage their cash and liquidity and make seamless, cross-border payments. With this broad exposure, there may be an opportunity to move into a challenging business-led or strategic role within your business stream at the end of the programme.
