Risk Consulting & Software (RCS)
Our primary focus is on the insurance industry, whether in life or property and casualty insurance. However, we are increasingly being called upon as risk specialists across a variety of industries.
We are the largest team in the industry focused specifically on managing the challenges of our multinational clients, we advise on global, local and cross-border benefits and compensation issues.
*Please note that our Investment Consulting business area also supports students wishing to qualify as Actuaries.
You will work as part of a team on a wide variety of complex projects. You will serve as a key resource for the consultant in charge of each of your engagements by performing many intricate aspects of the client work. As you grow and gain more expertise, you will become a key contact for the client. You will work alongside some of the industry’s top consultants on client projects including many household names while you progress towards qualifying as an actuary.
You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and present results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise while you benefit from one of the industry’s most comprehensive actuarial training and development programmes.
- 2:1 Degree in a numerate discipline and 300 UCAS points (across 3 ‘A’ levels), OR
- 2:1 Degree in any discipline and 300 UCAS points (across 3 ‘A’ levels) including Maths at grade A or B
