Who we are and what we do

We’re more than 336,000 people working in over 200 cities across 56 countries around the globe. A world-leading organisation, we provide consultancy and technology expertise to some of the biggest names in just about every industry you can imagine. Clients come to us to make more of their business opportunities, adapt successfully to change, put ideas into action and gain – or sustain – a competitive edge. With our knowledge of the markets, understanding of the power of technology and ability to shape and implement transformational solutions, we do just that. We work with 4,000 companies and 91 of the Fortune Global 100. As a growing firm we need talented graduates like you to join us.

Summer Vacation scheme

If you’re a penultimate year student and you’re looking to do a little more with your summer, our vacation scheme could be the perfect solution.

Starting in July and running for eight weeks, this scheme begins with a week-long induction that will give you a solid grounding in business and technology consultancy, as well as valuable commercial skills.

After that, you’ll start on a live project. It could be based anywhere in the UK within one of our consulting teams. And you won’t just be shadowing others – you’ll be a fully-fledged team member making an impact right from the start. Your responsibilities might include testing software, conducting research, writing reports or analysing data. We’ll make sure you have all the support you need with a ‘buddy’ who will be on-hand throughout to offer guidance. And we’ll pay you a competitive pro rata salary too. If you do well, you might receive an offer to join us after you graduate.

What’s in it for you

As well as great career prospects, you can look forward to a rewards package that’s second to none, with a competitive pro rata salary.

What we’re looking for

You’ll need to have a predicted  a minimum 2:1 in your degree, plus 340 UCAS points across your top three A-Levels (that’s AAB or equivalent, achieved in the same academic year – not including General Studies). A strong communicator with great organisational skills and a passion for IT, you’ll want to know more about how technology can make a real difference to business.
