This London based 4-6 month internship is an exciting opportunity to intern with Rothschild’s flagship private equity fund, Five Arrows Principal Investments – a €600 million fund focused on mid-market companies in Western Europe. As an intern your responsibilities will be to:

• Support the team in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities
• Prepare financial models and investment committee memos
• Assist with deal execution processes and monitoring of existing portfolio companies
• Develop your relationship skills through exposure to senior bankers and investment committee members

We are seeking candidates who have outstanding academic credentials and who have completed at least one prior M&A internship at a leading investment bank or private equity firm.
