PwC’s Consider Consulting event is a unique opportunity for you to spend a day with us and get fast-tracked to a job offer in our Northern Ireland Management Consulting graduate training programme for either 2013 or 2014.

About the day

Held at the Hilton Hotel Belfast on 19 April 2013, you’ll spend the day learning about the heart of our Northern Ireland Consulting practice, and as you’d expect, you’ll gain an in-depth insight into our Northern Ireland Consulting business. There will also be stages throughout the day where you’ll be assessed, as part of our recruitment process. You’ll have the opportunities to chat to our people and learn the role they play in making our Consulting practice iconic.

How to apply to attend the event

Step 1
Apply online. But make sure you meet our academic requirements first. You’ll need to go through our graduate online application process. This involves submitting personal contact details, your academic achievement so far and expected, and short explanation of ‘Why you want to join PwC and our Consulting practice’.

The deadline for applications is 8th April 2013 at 5pm

Step 2
If successful at this point, you’ll be invited to take online tests. The deadline for completing the online tests is 9th April 2013. If successful at online testing, we’ll meet you at our Consider Consulting event!

What happens after the event?

No later than a week after the event, we’ll be in touch to let you know if you’ve made it through to the final stage of our recruitment process. What you’ll have had by this point, is a great insight into our business, which will hold you in good stead for your interview. You just need to continue to impress us.

Who’s it for?

Open to current students or recent graduates, interested in starting their career in Consulting. You’ll need at least a 300 UCAS tariff (B, B, B at A level or equivalent, and excluding General Studies). You also need to be on course for a 2.1, or above. We welcome applications from all degree subjects.

You need to be prepared to make the right kind of impact through the day. So be prepared to impress, and have thoroughly researched why you want to work for us, and why you want to work in Management Consulting.
