Today’s visit to Manchester marks the halfway point of Mars’ Tweetshop tour of UK universities.
The innovative marketing campaign invites students at selected universities to tweet for a treat. Standing in front of a special on-campus vending machine, students simply follow and tweet at the handle @marsgraduk using the hashtag #marstweetshop. The machine then releases a random Mars product along with information on their graduate scheme.
The social media-led campaign aims to raise awareness about The Mars Graduate programme, which situates candidates within the department of Management Development, Commercial, R&D, Sales, Engineering or European Finance.
