The Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) has announced a new development scheme which will help engineers during the early stages of their careers.
IET’s Career Advantage initiative focuses on giving new engineers increased knowledge and experience, providing people with a solid foundation for career success through specialised resources.
The programme is open to all engineering graduates within the first three years of their career.
The structured career development pathway allows the new hires to track their own progression and gives access to valuable support and advice.
The new initiative follows on from IET’s Graduate Advantage scheme introduced in 2011.
