What to expect
In your first two years with Internal Audit you will have the opportunity to experience different areas of the function through our structured rotation scheme; you will complete a Certificate in Internal Audit and Risk, from the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors and continue your professional development by working towards the Certified Internal Auditor qualification. You also have the privilege of joining one of the world’s biggest banks, and this brings with it the benefits of being part of a wider graduate network and being involved with the learning and development offered to all our graduates.
How you’ll develop
We passionately believe that if we can create the environment where you personally think you can grow and flourish to your full potential, then you will come to work every day and be your best. Plus, you’ll repay the investment we make in you through great work, done to the best of your ability. Internal Audit has an award winning development offering, providing you with a blend of different learning opportunities, from your first day until the time in your career when you decide it is time to take all the knowledge and skills you have gained and move to your next role.
Who thrives here
We want us all to be influential in the businesses we audit and therefore your opinion matters and your voice counts. You should have a view on topics and express them through the research and knowledge you’ll gain by working with colleagues within the function and the wider business. We’re looking for analytical thinkers, who are self aware, know how to build relationships, whilst being able to understand and communicate the story behind the numbers. Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges will also be important. We also need you to be able to manage your time and resources efficiently, as if you were running your own business.
