I've forgotten my sign in details

If you have forgotten your password and are unable to sign in to the site, click the 'I've forgotten my password' link on the sign in form.

Enter your email address and submit the form.

We will automatically check your account, and email a new password to you. You should be able to sign in using the new password immediately, and you can choose to change it to something you can remember more easily if you wish using the "My Account" area

I no longer have access to my old mail address

Please note that if you no longer have access to the email address you used when you signed up with us, you should select "Request an update" in the "forgotten password" form. This will open a new form asking for both your old and new email addresses, and some extra security information so we can be sure of identifying you correctly. Submitting this form will generate an email that is sent to support services who will then manually override your settings and send a new password to your new address.

Note that this process may take up to 48 hours.
