The Job
Our ops management graduate scheme consists of 3 placements across different locations, so you’ll need to be happy to move around and meet lots of new people along the way. You’ll very quickly build up the skills and knowledge you’ll need to succeed in the logistics industry, manage teams in different environments and constantly face new challenges which you’ll need to solve.
After each placement there’s an opportunity for promotion and with promotion comes more responsibility! We’d expect a high performing graduate manager, 5 years into the business, to be managing a team of 16-20 managers and 165-200 team members, with a budget of around £8 million - so it’s an amazing opportunity to further your career and fast track your way to senior management.
