What makes us stand out as a graduate employer?
For most business areas, our programme is not rotational; you are recruited into a specific role with responsibility from the start. You have a real job from day one, which will be combined with a fully comprehensive training programme. This training introduces you to all aspects of the investment management business in preparation to do the IMC exam. You will then go onto a career specific training programme that will last anything from 2-3 years and involves gaining professional qualifications such as the CFA for Investment & Distribution or CIMA for Finance/Accountancy or Technical & Business courses for IT graduates.

What we are looking for?
We want people who are passionate, strong communicators with an appetite for challenge. In academic terms we are looking for candidates with a minimum of a 2.1 degree.
