About Us:
Mercer is a leading global provider of consulting, outsourcing and investment services. Operating in 41 countries, our 3,200 strong UK based team supports a huge variety of organisations, including some of the biggest multinational corporations. Working with over 60% of FTSE100 companies and a notable percentage of the Global Fortune 500, we help our clients engage with and reward their employees, manage risk, drive revenue growth and improve business processes. Along with our professional excellence, it’s the breadth and depth of our services that make us an industry recognised market leader.

About the role:
Our human capital team helps businesses to drive change by advising on talent, reward and performance frameworks that will maximise their success. Achieving these goals is made possible by one idea. Namely, that firms which effectively and efficiently manage their people will achieve competitive advantage. We offer high-impact strategic advice, deep technical insights, credible data and unparalleled implementation services that help organisations to engage, develop and incentivise their people in order to achieve measurable business results.

Based within our Human Capital division, the role of Human Capital Analyst will see you working on a full spectrum of key issues such as salaries, incentive packages and business performance. You will also benefit from support studying towards the two year CIPD qualification.

What you’ll need
To succeed at Mercer, you must be highly perceptive, communicative, driven and organised. You’ll look to be challenged by genuine responsibility, intellectual stimulation and ever-changing client priorities.

You’ll need at least 300 UCAS points in 3 subjects and a 2.1 Honours degree in a numerical or semi- numerical degree (or an equivalent qualification).

Training & development

Joining our Human Capital division will see you studying towards your Masters in Human Resources, resulting in full CIPD qualification. You’ll be supported by Mercer in your studies by paying for your tuition fees and study materials.

Our 18 month graduate development programme has been designed to identify and build on your existing strengths and includes a comprehensive induction, an exploration of the consulting business environment and a focus on equipping you with a range of skills you need to become an exceptional consultant. Your development doesn’t end at 18 months though. We’ll provide ongoing technical and professional training and assign you a performance development adviser.

Rewards
We offer competitive rewards, including a company pension, an innovative flexible benefits scheme, 24 days holiday (with the option to buy or sell up to 5 further days) and much more. Apart from the tangible rewards expected from one of the biggest consultancies of its kind, you’ll enjoy a working culture that recognises talent and is committed to your continued development.
