What we offer
We hire graduates and interns looking for an actuarial career in two of our main business areas: Benefits and Risk and Financial Services.

We are a leading innovator in the market and one of the largest employers of actuaries in the UK. This provides our trainees with a unique support network for achieving the Institute of Actuaries qualification. You will be helping clients with issues related to mergers and acquisitions; financial modelling and asset allocation and forecasting and managing risk by analysing the likelihood of an event and its potential impact on cost and other factors.

In a nutshell, at Towers Watson you’ll gain the necessary technical and non-technical skills actuaries need to gain a detailed understanding of relevant legislation, economics and the business world, and strong mathematical modelling and statistical expertise.

What do we look for?
We need talented and flexible individuals who meet our entry criteria: A level Mathematics (or a numerate degree) and on track to obtain a second class degree.
