Established over 100 years ago, Beever and Struthers is a dynamic, partner-led practice with a broad client base. It has approximately 180 staff operating from offices in Manchester, Blackburn and London and is among the top 50 accountancy firms nationally.

The majority of our clients are owner-managed businesses operating as limited companies with turnover ranging from £0.5-£20 million. We also specialise in providing audit and assurance services to social housing providers and rank among the top five suppliers of such services in the UK. Our London office deals predominantly with this sector.

Our not for profit clients extend beyond the social housing sector, however, and we work with a wide range of charities, including: The Professional Footballers Association, Manchester Museum of Science and Industry and The People’s History Museum.

Services offered by the practice include external audit, internal audit, business advice, accountancy support, corporate finance, corporate recovery, tax planning and compliance advice.

Our aim is to recruit staff with good academic skills, matched by strong interpersonal skills, which are of paramount importance and help us to maintain and further develop our reputation for providing high quality client service and care.

We believe that our staff are our greatest asset and have developed an internal and external training programme which ensures that trainees are given every opportunity to realise their full potential. Building business skills at all levels is a major investment for our future.
