Commercial - Cadbury
I joined Cadbury in 2004 and I have just embarked on my 4th and final placement on the commercial graduate scheme. This has made for a varied two years and an incredibly steep learning curve, both in terms of business and personal development.
One of the most rewarding experiences so far, was being able to follow through the creation of a new product from concept to customer. As an Assistant Brand Manager for Bassett's, I got experience of working on brand strategy and was involved in developing and researching a new product concept - the recently launched Bassett's Party Babies.
