Graduate Sales Consultant
The Job
At RM customer satisfaction is key, and we make sure we always deliver the high level of service our customers have come to expect from us. In this role you will develop and grow RM’s relationship with RM customers, being responsible for developing the relationship with key customers. This will involve field sales and specialist support to ensure that both RM and customer needs and objectives are met. You can expect a commission package of 25% against target and 8% personal performance against objectives. This means you will have the opportunity to earn between £30- £34,000 per annum, and with an outstanding sales induction programme, RM will provide you with the tools you need to develop your career.
The Person
We recruit from all degree disciplines, and for this role we would look for excellent communication and influencing skills, the ability to work effectively within a team, and a strong customer focus - ideally gained from working in a customer facing environment.
