What you’d do
Our consultants work within many different parts of the firm and are organised into specialist teams. You’d train as a consultant while working alongside highly skilled professionals in one of these teams:

• Strategy Consulting focuses on the ‘high-level’ strategic issues businesses face. The advice offered covers everything from competitors and the state of the market to consumer behaviour and pricing strategy.
• Economic Consulting is a niche area where professional economists use their expertise to tackle complex business and policy issues.
• Performance Improvement Consulting (PIC) helps the world’s most progressive organisations make lasting changes to just one aspect of their work or to their entire operation.
