Spend a year learning what business is really like….

For the biggest bite of what it’s like to work here, our Industrial Placements give you the opportunity to take an active role in real client work, as well as studying for two professional accountancy exams, depending on the area you choose. Combined with your year of qualifying work, you could also become a chartered accountant within two to three years of graduation. It’s also a great opportunity to learn more about professional services, and yourself, with support from your counselling manager and your team.

During your placement, you’ll pick up the basic technical skills, as well as the business knowledge that lets you put them into practice. Over the year you’ll experience a wide variety of work and get a real insight into what we do and how we do it.

Placements are usually taken by undergraduates as part of their degree course in the penultimate year. It’s an experience that will set you apart from the crowd when you start work for real.
