Management Consulting Programme

The Job

Our 24 month management consulting programme is recognised throughout the industry for its ability to turn bright, ambitious graduates into expert management consultants.

Working with some of the world’s largest and most successful clients across a range of industries, you’ll be involved in all sorts of projects, from sophisticated customer management to integrated supply chain solutions and business transformation. In short, you’ll be changing the way they operate, behave and deliver their strategic objectives from day one.

You’ll develop skills in project planning, strategic analysis, risk management, client training and the design of business transformation programmes. And, most importantly, you’ll be exposed to the various practices that make up our consultancy offering. This will leave you ideally placed to make an informed decision about what kind of work you ultimately want to specialise in.

If you already know where you want to specialise, and you have relevant qualifications or experience, you can even choose to focus early on one of our industry renowned practices, from Finance Transformation to Supply Chain Management and Marketing, Sales and Service.

The Person

For our Management Consulting programme, you will need ABB at A level or equivalent (excluding General Studies) plus a 2:1 in any degree discipline.
