About PwC
We help our clients and our people create the value they want. We work alongside our clients – from public and private companies to governments and charities – to measure, protect and enhance the things that matter most to them. We help our own people to learn, discover, develop and make a real difference throughout their working lives.
About consulting
We work with our clients providing practical, far-sighted advice to help them deliver the benefits they need. They might want us to assess new markets; come up with insights into how best to tackle the challenges presented by change; or recommend a sustainability strategy. Whatever they need, we deliver benefits they can measure and a standard of client service that’s second to none.
In our consulting practice, you can choose to start your career by building your core skills in
management consulting.
You’ll rotate across six competencies during your first 21 months, after which you’ll specialise in either: operations, finance, people and change, risk, technology, or project and programme management.
Or if you want to specialise straight away, you can join one of our specialist consulting areas:
Strategy consulting
focuses on the key strategic issues businesses face. The advice offered covers everything from competitors and the state of the market, to consumer behaviour and pricing strategy.
Economic consulting
is a specialist area where professional economists work alongside clients in the public and private sectors to tackle the complex business and policy issues they face.
Sustainability & climate change consulting
helps governments and businesses to embed sustainability in their strategies and throughout their organisations, while making the most of the opportunities created for innovation and growth, as the world transitions to a greener economy.
Whichever route you choose, by joining our consulting practice, we’re sure you’ll have a rewarding and stimulating career with us.
