Undergraduates and postgraduates join us as associate consultants and are from the outset integral members of the project teams. We actively strive to maximise the variety of issues, industries, and people to which you are exposed. From day one, you will contribute at the highest level to the analysis, the thought process and the client relationship.

…but keep aiming higher
You will learn from working closely with the other members of the team – from Associate Consultant to Partner – and directly with clients. Our culture encourages informal interactions across all levels of the firm – whether around the office, playing table football, or in the local bar after work. Although project work is the most valuable learning environment, you will be supported by formal mentoring and feedback, as well as an ongoing comprehensive formal training programme that includes our annual international training week.

Who we are looking for
