We also implement the Unipart Way inside our clients on a consultancy basis – for example we're currently working with a large public sector body implementing lean into their administration processes.

We need graduates to help us implement lean for both existing clients in our operations and in consultancy. You'll be given training in well recognised and respected tools like Six Sigma and PRINCE2, before getting the chance to hone and practice your new skills. The training will be comprehensive so no particular academic background is necessary, although if you have studied lean, this would be an advantage.
