MSc in Environmental Coastal Engineering

MSc in Sustainable Waste Management
Part-time modular course designed to educate and prepare waste management professionals for the technological challenges facing the industry. Fully funded EPSRC studentships available.

MSc in Transportation Planning and Engineering
Planning and engineering of effective transportation systems, in both developed and developing countries. Full-time and day-release part time options. Fully funded EPSRC studentships available.

MSc/MRes Environmental Management Programme - Environmental Science
The new Environmental Management Programme allows masters students to pursue both taught (MSc) and research (MRes) degrees in environmental science subjects. The course offers a choice of two research pathways leading to MRes degrees, and five taught pathways leading to MSc degrees - these pathways cover a range of environmental science themes and disciplines.

Research opportunities
EngD: Transport Infrastructure Knowledge and Systems Engineering
Engineering Doctorate incorporates research and taught instruction. Includes substantial MBA management and technical training elements. Four-year tax-free bursary from EPSRC and sponsoring company for successful applicants.

PhD: Research Doctorate
Research in the Environment, Geomechanics, Hydraulics, Coastal and Offshore Engineering, Structures, Construction and Transportation. Fully-funded EPSRC studentships available.
