We have an established IT graduate recruitment programme and offer careers in either Application Development or Technical Infrastructure. High calibre graduates will enjoy working with the latest technology in a busy but relaxed environment. Our Application Development team works closely with users to design and build mission critical systems covering the full life cycle of a project from analysis through to implementation and ongoing support. Our team of Technical Infrastructure experts helps to keep Baillie Gifford’s whole IT operation working smoothly and efficiently.

We look for individuals with consistently high academic achievement, a 2.1 degree in any IT (or related) discipline and evidence that you do more in your spare time than study! Personal qualities are equally as important as academic achievement. Enthusiasm, common sense and strong interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to think on your feet and digest detail.
