Technology Analyst
The Job
As a Technology Analyst your initial responsibilities involve working directly with clients to help improve and support their processes using information technology, analysing their industry and technologies to build your own understanding, and applying industry and Diamond frameworks to help structure your recommendations. Technology Analysts solve complex analytical problems, manage multiple tasks concurrently, work in a team environment and communicate clearly and concisely to a diverse audience. As Technology Analysts acquire successful experience on projects, they are given greater autonomy and responsibilities. Depending on individual performance and readiness, most Technology Analysts will be eligible for promotion to Associate after 2 to 3 years.
The Person
We are looking for :
* Candidates with a II.I or above from top universities
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an Information Systems related degree program
* Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Demonstrated initiative and leadership
* A belief in technology as part of a holistic business strategy
* Knowledge in software development concepts, technical architecture, project management and quality assurance
* Demonstrated knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies and practices
* Willingness to travel
