Graduate Product Support Engineer
The Job
You will be part of the Product Support team and will work closely with other product support engineers and our sales and development teams to offer pre/post-sales product support to our customers. Our support channels cover the web, email and the phone. You will be expected to deliver ‘unbeatable’ support, using your excellent product knowledge and top flight skills in problem solving and customer service. As both a Microsoft Gold partner and a leading technology company, Red Gate offers you the opportunity to work with many of the latest mainstream business technologies, training and the expectation of Microsoft certification.
We are looking for an excellent academic background and a proven interest in computer technology.
The Person
A good degree (preferably in a numerate discipline) from a good university
Exposure to programming and programming concepts
One or more of SQL Server, Exchange, .NET technologies
Passion for the highest quality of customer service
Strong desire to learn and a questioning, analytical mind
Excellent written and oral communication
