Graduate Software Engineer

The Job

Red Gate provides a modern and professional environment where you can learn from very talented software engineers and develop your skills. You will find the work challenging and rewarding, directly contributing to the release of outstanding software aimed at SQL Server professionals. You will be working in small teams together with other software engineers, test engineers, usability experts, and technical authors to create elegant commercial software.

Most of your training will be on the job, from your manager and peers, but you will also be encouraged to complete relevant training courses.

The Person

We have too many applicants for our graduate jobs & we only recruit a few of the best to join the Red Gate development team. We are looking for an excellent academic background, preferably in Computer Science & a proven interest in software development. Every graduate we hired recently had significant coding experience outside of their coursework.
